These guys are great! A Cleaner Chimney fitted a wood stove insert for me before Christmas, they did an excellent job on the install, they were very professional and friendly, and all was done in a very timely manner. As well as the impressive work, they even picked up the stove from Colfax for me and came back after the install to add additional metal to the face plate, as it was slightly too short for my fireplace opening.

We had a terrible scare today, on a Saturday. We were woken up to our CO2 alarm going off. Being pregnant and having smaller children this was extremely scary. We had to go to the hospital to get our oxygen levels back up. I called shortly after being released from the hospital. I left a voicemail (and wasn’t expecting a phone call back because it’s the weekend) but received a call back within minutes. I felt the genuine concern for the safety of my family and I. They were at our house within an hour. And we’re extremely reasonable price wise for an emergency call (or a service call in general). This chimney was in bad shape, but after fixing all the cracks, separation and completely redoing the cap, I've got no leaks and can be confident that it will hold up for many hash winters to come.
